We guarantee all the normal orders will be processed in 2 business days, but we are not responsible for service transit time. This information is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Note that transit times may vary, particularly during peak periods. All your items are shipped from 144 MCEVOY STREET ALEXANDRIA NSW AUSTRALIA. Our shipping cost listed on the website only cover Australia. Please email order@b2c-battery.com.au .

If the shipment is returned to us due to insufficient or incomplete address provided by you, we will have to re-charge you the re-shipment postage. So, please make sure the address is complete, including business name and suite number if the postal address is a business complex, and proper suburb name. When the 2nd Delivery and Service Charges are required for a replacement or exchange item(s), prepaid satchel or stamps would not be accepted, nor would they be returned.

Fresh Inventory
We quickly ship from a fresh inventory of over 100,000 batteries in multiple warehouses across the AU. Our extensive distribution network enables the system operators to get fast delivery. Delivery is usually whithin 24 hour.We provide you only fresh inventory from the nearest in-stock warehouse to you.

How do I track my shipment?
Once an order ships from our warehouse, you will be able to track your shipment. Click on "Track Order" on the top of the page or on the left side of your screen. Enter your order number and email, then click on "Get Tracking Info". Once your order comes up, you will see the status of your order along with the item(s) ordered,shpping date. What is your Return Policy?
1. Unless otherwise specified, we warrant our products for 1 year from the date of original purchase under normal and non-commercial use. Replacement items, if issued, do not restart or in any way extend the warranty period.

2. All items if returned for whatever reasons must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number, which is to be issued upon request through service@b2c-battery.com.au. Items returned without RMA# will delay the process or be ignored.

3. In returning items to us, C.O.D. on shipments will not be accepted.

4. If you are not satisfied with our product(s), please contact us through service@b2c-battery.com.au to obtain a RMA Number within fifteen (15) days of purchase. And products must be returned 100% complete, including all components, original boxes and packing materials, manuals, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. We reserve the right to charge a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee for NON-DEFECTIVE returns.

5. Returns due to our error:
If products are returned to us within 30 days from the purchase day, we will bear all the shipping charges for exchange; and if justified, refund will be made in full. However, products so returned must be 100% complete. If items are returned by express delivery or courier, refund will only cover up to au$10.00.
After thirty (30) days and up to ninety (90) days of purchase, we will refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) or replace any defective product(s). Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping charges and we bear the re-sending charges.
After ninety (90) days and up to one (1) year of purchase, refund request will not be accepted unless a replacement is not available. Customers are responsible for paying all the shipping charges (including the return and resending ones).
Replacement products or refund will be arranged for all fault products returned, subject to technical test results that justify Customers' complaint.

6. Please ensure that returned items are the one that you purchased from us. We are not responsible for any items sent to us that are not our product.
